Thankful Thursday

I'm thankful I still have readers!! I got worried that due to my lack of a life, no one would stop by here anymore. But I reluctantly checked my site meter and saw that the regulars are still checking me out despite my lack of (interesting) posts.

So, in order to show my appreciation and my willingness to pick up the pace here I'm going to open up my blog to questions of any kind. I've been meaning to do this for weeks but obviously haven't done much of anything. I read a similar theme on CJane and she called it RAD = Reader Appreciation Day. Then I saw it on Kelly's blog simply in the form of a Question and Answer post. Plus, Lauren asked her readers to leave comments simply so she could be more personable with them and get feedback about her blog.

Go ahead, leave a comment and ask away, even if we've never met. It may just prove to be the inspiration I need to get outta this funk and back to my old self. Or maybe a new-and-improved self.

  1. I'm still here. I read your blog with my google reader, so I don't usually show up on your site meter.

I don't have any questions right now, but I just want to let you know I really enjoy reading your blog. I love reading about your new house and your adventures renovating it!

  2. All right, I'm coming out of blurk mode. You don't know me...I'm an old friend of Tiffany's (Kevin's sister), and so I did know Kevin way back when in Omaha. Anyway, I found your blog through Tiffany's blog and have enjoyed reading it ever since.

I have lots of questions since I don't know you...but I don't want to ask something that everybody else already knows. Hmm.

Which experience in your life (just one) has helped the most to define who you are today? :)

  3. Change my question to--"experience or decision." Thanks.

  4. I am a faithful reader Liv. Interstingly I find comfort in your rambling about the new house and how much you love Kev. We never knew each other all that well but I always felt that you were a solid and stable person to bring me back to the middle when I was bouncing back and forth. You saw me at some of my worst times and was always impressed that you seemed to take it in stride. I guess my question for you would be How do you make the everyday seem so entertaining and out of the ordinary? Every post seems to be full of intrest to me.

  5. Way late to your game, but here is my question...

If you could have a do-over for something in your past, what would you change?
