4 Simple Goals -- Fit*Tastic

The timing of Aspen's birth meant that I was not ready to return to teaching Pilates/Yoga when the fall semester commenced at WSU. However, I was told I'd be considered for a class in the spring if I was still interested.

Although I can't teach a class this semester at the University, I did get to participate in Fit*Tastic, which offers a smorgasbord of exercises to the community in one convenient workout. It's a chance for all instructors to demonstrate a portion of their class to participants and hopefully generate more attendance for the rest of the semester.

Fit*Tastic gave me two important opportunities this fall. 1) it showed WSU that I'm still very interested in being a part of their fitness program, and 2) it helped me continue moving forward with my 4 simple goals by letting me move and grove with my post-baby body and love every minute of it. I was assigned to demonstrate some ab routines and also help with the cool-down portion of Fit*Tastic.

If you're a student at WSU, then you are invited to drop in to any of the classes for free. If you're a community member in the area it's only $6 to attend a class. Check out the fall semester schedule here online.
