I love the blogging world.

I've been blogging for almost three years. During that time, I have come across a number of blogs written by acquaintances of mine ranging from my junior high years through college.

Because of the networking, I found out that the daughter of a junior high classmate was recently diagnosed with leukemia. I cried as I read Chelsea's story on a new blog they created to document Cami's progress with her treatments. I cannot imagine the stress and heartache Chelsea and her husband are experiencing- but it is obvious their testimonies and love for one another will help them through this trial.

Last week Chelsea posted about all the cards Cami recently received for her birthday and she invited readers to continue sending mail for her. I contacted Chelsea for their address and sent a letter off to Cami yesterday.

I encourage you to take some time out of your day and do the same! If you'd like the mailing address for Cami, please let me know and I'll pass it along. This little darling girl deserves to have something to look forward to between all her chemotherapy treatments and doctor's visits and bad days.

Leave your email address in the comments or send me an email to livytay[at]gmail[dot]com if you'd like the address. Let's spread the word and get Cami some snail mail!

  1. One of my favorite things are finding peoples blogs that I used to go to school with or knew a long time ago.

I'd love to send her some mail. Give me the address. My best friend in elementary school had Leukemia.
