I see London, I see France...

Kev helped clear up the Sacrament table in church on Sunday. He does this often since he is the Young Men president and there is only one young man in our ward. And he's been gone the last two weeks. And he's 12.

Anyway. This means that Aspen and I wait a few minutes for him to finish up so we can head home. Which also means that Aspen is usually screaming bloody murder because it's time to eat and I'm not about to whip it out in the chapel.

When we headed to the car, the parking lot was empty except for one other vehicle. I was hauling my bag and Aspen and since I was wearing tights, I didn't think twice about stepping one foot into the car to help me get Aspen's car seat up into the Passport.

The good news is that since I was wearing tights, no one saw my underwear when my high heel caught on my skirt and pulled it down to my ankles as I tried to step out of the car again. The bad news is that my high heel caught on my skirt and pulled it down to my ankles as I tried to step out of the car again.

There's a new rule for Sunday: Kev is responsible for taking the car seat out of and for putting it into the car. I'm obviously not coordinated enough to handle said task.

  3. haha, I can't even tell you how many times that has happened to me, normally my skirt doesn't fall all the way down, but it tugs it down enough for a glimpse! I have one stretchy black skirt that I wear all the time, it's really flowy and so every time I bent down and kneel, mainly I did this when I was in primary and when I was talking to the kids, my heels always managed to snag the edge and pull it down, embarrassing stuff! At least no one else saw.
