Things I miss eating without serious digestive repercussions:

Even with Lactaid, my body is having a really hard time digesting anything with even a hint of dairy in it. Things made near a cow seem to make me sick.

ICE CREAM
milk
butter
bread
s'mores poptarts
CHEESE
yogurt
cereal
anything with milk/butter/cream in it

Sometimes I don't know how I'm supposed to survive this extreme dietary restriction. You guys, this is how vegans CHOOSE to live. I don't get it.

  2. I am so sorry. I can understand somewhat of what you are going through. I used to have horrid digestion problems and amazingly I have somewhat grown out of them. Now I am dealing with children with food allergies. I hate to send them places for fear of what they may eat that could possibly endanger their lives. I can't imagine no dairy. I hope you find something that helps you to digest some of those items so that you do not feel pain or sickness.
