Like ribs? Good. Make these:

Crock pot BBQ Ribs

1.5 T sweet paprika
1 T light brown sugar, lightly packed
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
S&P to taste (about 1 tsp each is what I used)
2 lbs pork (baby) back ribs
1 cup BBQ sauce
Vegetable oil spray.
In a small bowl, mix together paprika, brown sugar, cayenne and S&P. Coat ribs with dry rub and place in crock pot; cover with BBQ sauce. Cook on low about 7 hours.

After cooking, carefully remove with tongs and place on foil-lined baking sheet. Transfer sauce/juices from crock pot to saucepan, skimming fats first. Bring sauce to a boil and simmer about 10 mins. Drizzle reduced sauce on ribs and broil on high about 4 mins per side. Serve with any remaining sauce and ENJOY.

  1. Yum! Are these the ones that were floating around pinterst? I made those once and they were amazing.

  2. I did find this on Pinterest; I think I'll use this dry rub for every single future BBQ for the rest of my life. So simple and so tasty!
