Dr. Scholl's® Active Series review

Influenster sent me some Dr. Scholl's Active Series inserts to review, and I've been using them the last few days. They're intended for use in athletic shoes, but the insoles are much too large for my small feet (even though they're supposedly sized for women 5-8 1/2). As soon as they arrived I knew they'd be too long to squeeze into my sneakers, so I put them in my riding boots instead and wore them to work a few times. I wear a size 6 in shoes, but my boots are a 7 to accommodate my skinny jeans/calves.

Although I wasn't using them for their real purpose, I did enjoy them. I had so much more support in my boots and my feet weren't as tired at the end of the day. Usually I can wear my boots for just a few hours before I want something a little more cushy for my feet. So these insoles will be perfect for continued use through the colder weather, when I wear boots most days of the week.

I am a little disappointed they don't fit my sneakers because I was hopeful they'd make using my treadmill a little more comfortable this winter. But, I'd rather have sneakers that fit so I won't be sizing up just for the added support of the insoles.

If you wear a size 7 in women's (or larger) then I would recommend these insoles for athletic support. But if you have small feet like me, don't bother trying to stuff these inserts in your shoes!
